Processed at Ivan Solis’ family-run micro mill established in 2018, this coffee undergoes an anaerobic fermentation to bring out extra sweetness and body in this exceptional coffee.

The farms that contribute to the mill are located at high elevations with nutrient-rich, productive soil ideal for producing coffee & avocado. The area, “Los Santos” is renowned for producing some of the finest coffee in the country.
