Shipping policy
- We will endeavour to deliver QLD orders including chilled goods within 30km of our North Lakes warehouse, aiming for next-day delivery.However, please allow up to five days as we do get inundated with orders from time to time.
- If you are not home when your delivery arrives, orders containingonlynon-perishable items will be left in a safe place, unattended. If your order contains perishable items, the whole order will be returned to Latitude for collection during cafe trading hours. Unfortunately, we can't break down orders into perishable and non-perishable items if you are not home.
- For all interstate orders, we ship via Australia Express Post.
- Through these providers, from roastery dispatch, you can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas outside QLD to take up to 5-8 business days. Regional or rural areas may take a little longer.
Please note these are only estimates—postal delays caused by these providers are outside our control once goods have been passed over for dispatch. There may be some postal delays out of our control, due to COVID-19 issues.
International Shipping
We use Auspost for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders.
Tracking
All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.
Lastly, we'd hate for you to have ordered something and never get it! If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at sales@latitudecoffee.com.au and we'll figure this out for you.
